Hey, if you think that you were banned for nothing or just want to post unban request, please use this example.
This example explains how to write vaild request.
UNBAN REQUEST EXAMPLE:
Name: Feelmypain (Your nickname when you were banned)
STEAM_ID: STEAM_0:0:00000000 (Your steam id)
Ban date: 10:00am 16/02/2012 (Date when you were banned)
Reason: I was banned for no reason/I was banned for spam (Ban reason)
Admin: WhoeverItIs(Who banned you)
Warnings: YES (Write YES if you were warned before, otherwise write NO)
Add screenshot to your request if you got one.
